• If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchases, you may return your purchased items within 14 days of receipt, providing the items are returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please email us at customerservice@dd-collective.com to initiate your exchange & return to us via registered post (where tracking is available). All goods will be inspected upon return.
• The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure that you package your returns carefully to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We will not be responsible for any items returned to us in error. 
• For any returns, we do not offer cash refunds. All returns will be given in store credit at the price of purchase with a 30-day validity from date issued.
